Like the planet itself, Venus shines brightly as “The Morning Star,” symbolizing visibility and distinction in a crowded marketplace. Also drawing inspiration from the carnivorous plant – our captivating visuals and content catch your target audience’s attention the way a flytrap catches, well, flies. And let’s not forget Venus, the goddess of beauty herself represents the essence of good design. It isn’t only about what meets the eye; it’s about capturing hearts and nurturing a love for your brand.

Meet Karin Odell, the owner of Venus Designs. As a creative, I bring a strategic mindset to the table, no matter how small the project.
What kind of experience do I bring to the table?
With over 20 years of agency-level design chops under my belt, I’ve provided services to numerous agencies, organizations and companies.
Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Macalester College, plus additional education in art, design, and photography from the Minneapolis College or Art and Design – I bring a unique blend of creativity and technical know-how to the table. Effective strategy and appropriate emotional tone are the main goals with every project.
This requires understanding and cultural context – things that AI or inexpensive outsourcing can’t provide. My education and experience help me craft visuals that resonate with your audience on a deeper level.
